I have listed all of the coaching options below. Currently, I am offering a free 3-month 1-on-1 basic coaching plan ($150 value!). If you are interested in anything specific, click the link at the bottom of the page to fill out a short questionnaire. Once you do, I will look over it and get back to you!
Personalized Training Plans:
Personalized plan: I will create a personalized training plan for your specific needs leading up to your goal race. ($5/week leading up to the race) (Example: If you want a 12-week program, then it is $5 per week, a total of $60 to write it up)
Personalized plan with Strength program: Same as "Personalized plan" but a strength training plan is included. ($15/week leading up to race) (Same pricing model as above but $10 per week ; 12-week plan equals $120 total)
Coaching Plans:
1-on-1 Basic Coaching plan: I will create a personalized plan with strength training, and I will update the program throughout the training to make it as tailored as possible. This also includes text/email communication and a virtual meeting once every week to discuss the training, race plans, and all things related. ($50/month)
