Training Plans
All of these plans are free! They are generalized plans, and the classifications are beginner, intermediate, and advanced. If you are not sure what plan you should use, feel free to email me with your questions. If you have any feedback on these plans, I would appreciate it. Feel free to make any of your adjustments to tailor them to your specific needs.
You should consult with your doctor before starting any training plan to make sure it would not be harmful to your health. It is up to you to determine which plan would be best suited to your current fitness level.
